One of the great features of Typepad is that there is a File Manager where you can store your PDFs, images and more. Blogger does not have this File Manager but that’s okay. You can still get one for FREE.
I use XDrive (an AOL Service – meaning AOL has bought the company but you do NOT have to have an AOL account to use it). This application allows you to upload files and then click on them to "share" them (which will generate a URL to that file/image that you can use in your blogs or Constant Contact newsletters).

Yes, you can use Google Docs. I believe it is http://docs.google.com and you use your same Blogger account (username/email and password) to get in — they are all linked.
