Tip #10: What does your site look like in different browsers?
Many of you using a PC probably use Internet Explorer or FireFox, but do you know what your site looks like on Google Chrome or Safari (default Mac browser)?
Although it should look very similar on each site, sometimes CSS or incorrect HTML code causes your site to look different, especially on Internet Explorer versus any other browser.
Therefore, it's always good practice to take a look at what your site looks like on other browsers, and you do NOT have to install the other browsers. You can simply these sites:
- Browser Shots (takes a while to open the first time)
- Browser Stacks
- Adobe Browser Lab (will prompt you to create an Adobe ID)
