Our phones or iPads are always with us now a days right? Not that I agree it's always a good thing, but …capture all those thoughts, articles, pictures, discussions in EverNote. There is a Windows version of Evernote; I’ve been using it for quite a long time. Also a browser widget which works in Chrome and a few other browsers to capture pages. Additionally you can email directly to Evernote … attachments as well.
