Want a blog design ASAP and they don't want to wait in my waiting list for
design.

2.
Would rather "pick something off the rack" and "see" before
buying

3.
Have an existing blog design that they are "tired" of and want a
quick change

4.
Just absolutely hate how their blog looks and want it changed up speedy or
they'll go insane!!!

designs:

1.
Are only sold to one person. So if you buy, the design will be yours and will
not be sold again (you won't see it on anyone else's blog)

2.
Are first come, first serve, if you try to buy it and it won't let you then it
was grabbed up by someone else

3.
Come with FREE installation for Blogger users, but in some cases (Typepad
users) the design may need special coding (and Pro Unlimited Account) that
would require Heather at www.blogsbyheather.com
to code, and if you want installation at a WordPress.org blog it would require
additional if I'm changing the template.

4.
There are single banners for sale and also full designs, but if you want
additional matching graphics, I can make them to order

5.
PreMades are sold as-is except if you want a small quick tweak (I also put in
the description what I'm willing to change at no charge)
